Aicha was born and raised in the District of Columbia, in Ward 8, and attended Amidon Bowen Elementary School (where we are currently based for programming!) However, her home is in Martinsburg, WV, where she is an active advocate within the legislature for youth focused policy and issues. She is also active in her community as a catalyst for youth civic engagement, education equity, diversity/inclusion, and local government advocacy.
